Available Positions: Birth and Postpartum Doula
Availability: Part time and Full time positions currently available. Compensation is $2400-$4000 monthly respectively.
Tranquility By HeHe is a premier Birth and Postpartum Concierge service. Our team serves pregnant people through prenatal visits, labor support and childbirth education. We also service postpartum families with their newborn, providing in-home daytime support and providing overnight care. We are a team of highly educated and professional women who respect the art of medicine but understand the limitations in the current United States Healthcare System.
Our role is to step women and their partners through pregnancy feeling supported and informed along the way. Once their baby is born, we support them in the transition to parenthood and learning their newborn. As their infant grows, we will continue to provide support for months after birth.

Competencies:
-Extremely strong interpersonal skills
-Ability to analyze and present complex data
-Ability to communicate in a professional manner and manage tasks for multiple clients
-Ability to self-manage daily and weekly tasks
-Critical thinking skills
-Experience in childcare or women’s health
Education:
-Required: Bachelor’s degree
-Preferred: Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field of Early Childhood Education or Women’s healthcare/Women’s studies
Experience:
-Required: At least 2 years of experience with children aged birth to 3 years old
-Preferred: Either 2+ years of experience with children less than 1 year old OR childcare in an educational setting
