Time to stretch and restore, strengthen and tone, move at your own flow!
Also please bring/have: water to hydrate, a blanket or folded bathing towel, yoga mat is beneficial, yoga blocks, and bolsters or pillows are also if you have them handy. These props are all for you to get nice and comfy and work with the poses. We will work with what you have though no worries.
